Be sure you fill in your EITC forms correctly. If you are caught misusing the EITC, you will never be eligible for it again.

If you are eligible for the EITC you may be able to get part of your money in your regular paycheck. You will receive the rest of your EITC money once you file your federal tax return. Ask your employer about this option.
